Check Out APSense.com - I got Paid!
September 18th, 2007
Have you ever reached into a pair of old pants and found a few bucks you didn’t know you had? Thats how I felt today when I recieved an email from APSense. I forgot I even signed up with them a few months ago. I copied a current post I had on one of my blogs just to see how it worked and then forgot to ever check back to see what happened.
Well that post drew a few hits and since they have their own google adsense ads displayed around my content I get a cut of the revenue. If you have ever signed up with mybloglog or blogcatalog then you will appriciate Apsense. They are geared more towards doing business online not just blogging.
With APSense you can set up your own business page, exchange links, post to your blog and a lot more. APSense is free to join and pays out to your paypal account. Give it a try and see if you enjoy it more than mybloglog or blogcatalog, at least you get a few bucks back in your pocket, maybe more if your willing to put in a little effort.
Here is my link if you want to join: Monetize Your Site

Hi all,
I’ve not head of this one before and i’ve been around a while. Will definitely check them out later. Are they associated with adsense at all? Or is it a completely different company?
If I do sign up with them i’ll use your link. Great site by the way.
Tony:)

Hi Tony,
Thanks for the comment. I believe they use adsense to monetize their site much in the same way bloogers or webmasters do, but are not affiliated to google in any other way.
They have it set up so you can recieve a small part of the revenue that your posts generate. Apsense is a lot like other social sites except they focus on building a business online.
Great way to make contacts and get started without the hassels of registering a domain name, setting up a hosting service, maintaining and backing up the server etc……
If you already have a site then apsense could be a good link to draw more traffic to your site or use it as a back end office if you have website that promotes a product or service. Hey, best of all its free.
Thanks
Neo
